Panic attacks can feel intense and scary. This program contains sessions that you can use at different stages of a panic attack. Together, we find many ways to soothe the panic and return our bodies to a more grounded place.

In intimate relationships of all kinds, we often experience a lot of intense emotions around closeness. In this program, we practice stepping back from these stories and towards self-soothing and better connection.

Organizational Stress

Modern life involves a lot of multi-tasking, and the constant juggling can bring us a lot of worry. This program explores how to pause in moments of overwhelm, when we are shortcircuiting or on autopilot. Together, we find ways to welcome in more space, awareness and choice.

Social Pressure Anxiety

Social pressure is often a big part of our daily life! We are often pressured to do certain things or be a certain way, and this can conflict with our true needs and feelings. This program recognizes this conflict and helps you separate outside pressures from what brings you fulfillment and ease.
